Oh hi! Welcome to Sacred Vessels Holistic Health and Wellness! I'm Kaitlyn, the visionary founder and your go-to coach for profound transformation.
I developed Sacred Vessels as a generative container—a sacred vessel, if you will (wink)—to provide the space and guidance necessary to support you in returning home to your true, authentic Self—a version of you that has always existed but has likely been buried beneath life's chaos over time.
After working with hundreds of clients from across the country in recent years, it became clear to me that so many of us are completely disconnected from both our physical bodies and the our ability to stay present which—hate to break it to you—is actually all we have control over at any given moment. Surprise! You are a corporeal being, living in the now.
My core mission as a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach is to craft a nourishing space and offer gentle guidance in order to help you weave together the threads of an inspiring Wellness Vision and begin to embody the joyful, thriving, resilient version of you that’s patiently waiting to reconnect and be seen.
My Journey
It all started with my own health scare
My journey began in 2018, when a significant health scare at age 25—an unexpected cancer diagnosis in an otherwise “healthy” life—spurred me into action and pushed me with a passion toward researching and learning everything I could about a more holistic approach to life.

What began as a nerdy hobby quickly blossomed into a full-blown calling. I began to unearth alarming truths that I realized everyone deserved to know about, like…
I felt like I needed to shout from the rooftops - wake up! We’re accidentally poisoning ourselves!
But fear not, dear one. Because at the same time, I was uncovering the antidotes, like…
…the nutritional power of whole foods (no, not the store - the version of foods as they originated, like a whole potato vs. a french fry, an apple vs. apple juice…you get the gist).
…the impact of sleep hygiene, stress management and nervous system regulation on our overall wellbeing.
…how intertwined the menstrual cycle and hormonal balance are to every aspect of life. Hey, by the way—did you know there are actually four different phases of the menstrual cycle? Yeah, me neither.
There was clearly so much to learn. Hungry for more knowledge, I went back to school.
Today, I’m proud to hold credentials as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching), Certified Health and Well-being Coach (Wellcoaches), Certified Lifestyle Medicine Coach (American College of Lifestyle Medicine), and Certified Holistic Nutrition Specialist (Southwest Institute of Healing Arts), among a few other other fun and nerdy titles.

Together, we will hone in on your health and wellness goals and map out a tangible plan to achieve them that feels inspiring and aligned with your long-term vision for your life. Nothing feels quite as sweet, imho, as coming home to rest in the nourishing container—the sacred vessel—of our own body, mind, heart and soul. Shall we?

“Wait, you mentioned you had cancer…”
You’re right, I did. Thankfully, my cancer treatment was successful and I have been cancer-free ever since. That being said, those early months of 2018 were nerve wracking to say the least. They brought me face-to-face with my own mortality for the first time and profoundly re-shaped my approach to my own health and wellbeing moving forward.
Both conventional medicine (aka allopathic medicine) and holistic, integrative medicine practices played important roles in that journey for me. My personal experience since then has been one of continued learning and finding balance—between these various lenses into our health and wellbeing; between doing too much (burnout) and too little (depression, numbness); between deep despair and blinding optimism about my life, my future and the future of the collective…2024 election anxiety, anyone?!
The more I’ve learned and experienced over time, the more driven I have become to assist others on their own transformational journeys. Having already faced the overwhelming information landscape alone, I'm here to help you cut through the noise and find clarity.
