• Refunds: Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis for services not yet rendered. However, once a coaching session or digital product (e.g., eBooks, courses) has been delivered, no refunds will be issued unless required by law.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Show up for scheduled coaching sessions on time and be prepared to engage fully in the process.

• Follow through with any action steps or recommendations, understanding that results may vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

• Communicate openly and honestly with your coach about your needs, progress and concerns.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule a session. We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any coaching session. Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 48-hour notice will be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of that session, depending on your coaching package.

7. Use of Digital Products and Resources

If you purchase or access digital content (e.g., eBooks, courses, videos) through our Site:

• You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your individual use only.

• You agree not to share, distribute, reproduce or resell the content without our written permission.
